Your Mission HOERBIGER Benelux is an important member of the HOERBIGER Service business in Europe. We provide our customers with parts, repair and upgrade their compressors and find solutions to their technical problems. This can only be done with a strong team.

How you will make a difference

Perform maintenance interventions and inspections on rotating machinery and reciprocating compressors, independently or as a lead of a crew of mechanics.

Identify problems and solve them in consultation with the project manager – mechanical and process‑related.

Comply with the guidelines, work instructions and procedures related to the ISO quality management system, VCA and company regulations.

Provide support in the preparation, planning and supervision of maintenance projects and overhauls.

What you should be good at

Technical knowledge.

Experience with the maintenance of rotating equipment and reciprocating compressors in particular.

Affinity for electro‑mechanic is an advantage.

Experience & Requirements

Completed secondary vocational education level 4 or a bachelor’s degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.

Hands‑on, organisationally strong, accurate and result‑oriented.

Good command of Dutch, German and English.

Good communication skills.

Good PC skills – mastery of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

Driving licence B/BE.

Willingness to travel.

Off‑shore qualifications or willingness to obtain them.

VCA‑VOL certificate.
