About the Role
The EMEA Marketing team is expanding and seeking a growth-focused Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives for the UK market. This role will drive Marketing’s contribution to revenue growth by partnering closely with regional Sales teams across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
You will design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to generate demand, increase adoption, and deliver measurable business impact. Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, this newly created position offers the opportunity to shape and execute strategy across the entire marketing mix, including LinkedIn, email, events, content, and PR.
Key Responsibilities
Own regional marketing performance across owned, paid, and earned channels, delivering high-quality leads to Sales
Partner strategically with regional Sales teams to align priorities and develop quarterly marketing plans supporting revenue goals
Plan, execute, and measure full-funnel campaigns driving acquisition, awareness, and adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling regional content aligned to KPIs
Support PR initiatives in partnership with Communications
Monitor industry trends and emerging topics relevant to target audiences and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency and excellence in regional messaging and positioning
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in English (additional European languages advantageous)
3–5+ years of B2B demand generation or marketing experience
Strong knowledge of email marketing, LinkedIn, webinars, and content marketing
Experience in B2B event management (preferred)
Strong project management skills with analytical and structured problem-solving approach
Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Regional localisation and project management experience
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot)
Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with project tracking tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace)
Experience with SQL or data analysis
Pan-European marketing experience
Experience in travel, delivery, or related industries
