Employment agency Manpower is looking for a European Product Data Manager for a company in Rotterdam.
You combine data engineering, BI development and stakeholder management to ensure reliable and high-quality product data across systems and markets.
Responsibilities
Communication & stakeholder management:
Coordinate alignment between markets and teams, manage daily communication and meetings, and support colleagues with insights, troubleshooting and clear project follow up.
Tool development & data engineering:
Design and improve scalable data solutions in Databricks, Power BI and Power Automate, building reliable dashboards, validation logic and automated workflows.
Data governance & quality oversight:
Safeguard data integrity across SAP, PIM, GDS and EPDM by maintaining data lineage, defining quality rules and promoting strong governance standards.
What’s in it for you

Working hours
The working hours in this full time position are Monday to Friday during regular office hours.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Databricks, SQL and data engineering
Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX and visualization
Experience with Power Automate and Azure Data Factory orchestration
Knowledge of data quality and governance frameworks
Excellent communication skills for cross functional stakeholder management
Ability to translate complex data topics into clear business insights
Structured problem solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
Experience collaborating across international markets and teams
