We are a fast-growing, multinational direct selling company operating distribution centers and warehouses across LATAM, North America, Europe, and Asia.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to lead and manage talent acquisition initiatives across our global organization.

This leader will drive the development and execution of international recruitment strategies, strengthen global employer branding, ensure operational excellence in hiring processes, and establish a scalable, sustainable global talent infrastructure to support rapid international growth.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth objectives Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and offices Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts Build strong international talent pipelines for corporate, operational, and leadership roles Standardize global hiring processes, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international hiring regulations Oversee employer branding and global sourcing strategies Manage external recruiters, agencies, and executive search partners Track and report hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, retention) Optimize ATS and recruitment technology infrastructure Lead, mentor, and develop regional recruiting teams

Qualifications 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including international hiring Proven experience recruiting across multiple countries and cultures Strong understanding of global labor markets and compliance requirements Experience managing recruitment teams and external partners Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
