Overview

The Senior IT/OT Automation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the Operational Technology (OT) scope of semi-automated and fully automated production lines deployed and operated across the RLT network. In this role, you will lead a team of Automation Specialists and be accountable for the automation strategy and computer system validation (CSV) activities for an automated manufacturing line supporting radioligand therapies. Lead a team of Automation Specialists and drive the automation strategy for OT-enabled production lines. Oversee computer system validation (CSV) activities for automated manufacturing lines in support of radioligand therapies. Manage OT scope across semi-automated and fully automated production lines deployed and operated across the RLT network. Key Professional Competencies

Strong knowledge and understanding of automation systems, computer system validation (CSV), and regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
