As an Application Engineer – SAP SuccessFactors at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. Application Configuration & Technical Delivery

Configure

SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB2.0

to meet business requirements Build and update templates, forms, workflows, notifications, data models Ensure system configuration meets quality, security, and audit standards Troubleshoot recurring issues and analyze root causes Perform system installations, validations, and release testing Coach junior team members on SuccessFactors configuration principles Application Design & Functional Translation

Translate business requirements into technical configuration Participate in the design and lifecycle management of SuccessFactors modules Break down user stories into technical tasks and estimate development work Document system changes, design decisions, and dependencies Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and product owners Agile Delivery

Support backlog refinement and sprint preparation Actively collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Owner Propose improvements to the recruitment and onboarding process Plan and execute enhancements Validate improvements after rollout Testing & Quality Assurance

Ensure user stories are technically ready for testing Write and execute unit tests Analyze test results and support retesting cycles Operations & Support

Analyze incidents, user requests, and recurring issues Provide L2–L3 support and identify permanent solutions Support handover to helpdesk and operations teams Participate in on-call rotation if required Your Profile

3+ years of experience with

SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB 2.0 Strong configuration skills (templates, data models, workflows, mappings) Experience working in Agile teams Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong communication skills and stakeholder management Experience with HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, hiring lifecycle) Nice-to-Haves

SuccessFactors certifications (RCM, ONB 2.0) Experience with SAP CPI or integrations Experience in large, complex organizations What we offer
