Job description: As a Senior Project Manager at aidem, you are essential in leading our client projects to success and enhancing client satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team & head of operations to clearly define project scopes within budget and timelines, managing both predictable and unpredictable challenges with a focus on high-quality outcomes.

Your role requires proactive communication and transparency, essential for maintaining trust with clients and team members. You will oversee content creation, coordinate with in-house teams and external partners, and ensure we exceed our Value Delivery Score (VDS) standards.

As the primary contact for clients, you will guide them through the project lifecycle, ensuring their experience is seamless and highly satisfactory. Your leadership in our TikTok campaigns is crucial for smooth and impressive project execution.

The job (responsibilities): Project Leadership and Client Collaboration: Lead project teams and client collaborations for successful outcomes. Foster client relationships, provide guidance, and resolve issues. Evaluate and enhance working methods, processes, and project strategies.

Client Management and Strategy: Handle client accounts and campaigns, aligning content with overarching strategies. Gatekeep TikTok strategies and creative content in line with client objectives. Collaborate with the account manager to retain, cross-sell, or upsell clients.

Project Planning and Coordination: Optimize Project Management processes through SOPs and templates, maintaining top quality. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for project planning, timelines, and resources. Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated funds. Assign tasks, foster team communication, and coordinate efforts for project success. Develop content and marketing strategies aligned with client brands and objectives.

Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary communication link between your project team and clients. Providing regular reports and insights together with our performance team.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges. Ensure content quality adheres to agency standards and client expectations.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge: Stay updated on social media trends and apply best practices to campaigns. Evaluate project outcomes, implement lessons learned, and share improvements.

Vendor Management (if applicable): Manage relationships with external vendors for outsourced tasks.

Qualifications and experience: 5+ year agency experience Dutch Native Speaking Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical and data-driven mindset Knowledge of social media platforms and trends Budgeting and financial management proficiency Leadership and team management capabilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and quality control
