Manpower is looking for an offshore service technician for a company in IJmuiden. In this role you will be responsible for:

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems of offshore wind turbines

Diagnosing and resolving faults (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical)

Repairing or replacing components and parts as needed

Documenting all work accurately according to established procedures

Mentoring, supporting, and collaborating with junior service technicians

Working independently and safely in compliance with offshore safety standards

Ensuring turbines operate at optimal performance and remain fully operational
