Talent & Client Specialists

to join our Amsterdam team. This is a commercially focused, full-cycle recruitment role where you’ll build your own market, manage client partnerships, and place top talent across Europe.

As a Talent & Client Specialist, you will operate as a true 360° consultant, responsible for both developing client relationships and delivering exceptional talent solutions.

What You’ll Do In this 360° role, you will: Develop new business:

Identify, approach, and secure new clients through proactive outreach. Manage and grow client accounts:

Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and expand existing relationships. Own the recruitment lifecycle:

Manage vacancies from initial client briefing through to successful placement. Source & engage talent:

Identify, attract, assess, and manage high-quality professionals. Act as a trusted advisor:

Provide consultative solutions to both clients and candidates. Negotiate & close:

Manage offers, contracts, and placements end-to-end. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who thrive on ownership, targets, and relationship-building.

Your Profile Commercially minded and relationship-driven. Motivated by ownership, targets, and long-term career growth. Background in recruitment, sales, business development, or account management Languages:

Fluency in

German or Dutch

and

English (C1–C2) . - If you are

not

a German or Dutch speaker, you must have

at least 1 year of proven B2B sales or recruitment consulting experience

to be considered. Location:

Currently based in Amsterdam or the immediate surrounding area

(we are prioritising local candidates). Work authorisation:
