Must be 18 years of age or older.

Current customer of premium and luxury brands.

Not under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.

Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.

Observant and passionate about customer experience.

No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
