Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end design for features across product areas, from concept to delivery.

Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

Maintain and evolve a unified design system for consistency and scalability.

Adapt quickly to emerging UX patterns in a fast‑moving AI landscape.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers throughout the design process.

Rapidly prototype, test ideas, and iterate to ship high‑quality experiences at speed.

Lead 0‑to‑1 feature design in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of end‑to‑end product design experience, preferably in dating, social, or chat‑based platforms.

Strong interaction and visual design skills with information architecture expertise.

Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 and iterate based on real‑world feedback.

Expert‑level prototyping skills in Figma, with production‑ready UI assets.

Resourceful problem‑solving and synthesis of research insights into actionable decisions.

Nice‑to‑have: AI‑driven product experience, AI content‑generation tools, motion design, and HTML/CSS collaboration.

Soft Skills

User‑obsessed: start with the user and work backwards.

Velocity‑driven: ship fast while deepening when needed.

Creative problem‑solder, thriving in.>

Strong communicator: articulate design rationale clearly to all stakeholders.
