Your next job: Account Manager EMEA
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll join a lean, high-performing team of sales hunters. Collaboration is key, but you'll operate with significant autonomy. This isn't a role for passive order-takers; it's for those who relish the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of uncovering complex supply chain challenges.
As an Account Executive, you'll be tasked with identifying and solving critical supply chain bottlenecks for businesses in need of IT components. Your ability to build a book of business from scratch, identify high-margin opportunities, and strategically navigate competitive landscapes within EMEA will directly fuel the company's growth. Top performers quickly understand supply and demand dynamics, closing their first deals within their second month and consistently overachieving sales targets.
Your targets are based on monthly gross profit (GP) and depends on your seniority. Juniors have $10K and seniors are able to overachieve €30K. The biggest deal in the last 12 months is $200K GP (yes, the market is in an uplift!) and the team is currently hitting 130% on target. You can earn up to 30% of the generated revenue!
What's being required?
3+ years experience with hunter sales, B2B sales
Experience with Oracle NetSuite and consultative selling is a big plus
Background in IT components or IT hardware sales is required
What's being offered?
Base salary between €45.000,- and €65.000,-
Uncapped bonus (on target earning €150.000,-)
