Account Executive - B2B SaaS
Financial institutions depend on accurate and well-goverened market data to operate effectively. Many struggle with fragmented systems, rising vendor costs and increasing regulatory pressure. BIQH helps them regain control.
We are looking for an Account Executive who leads commercial conversations with banks and other financial institutions that are actively improving their market data setup. This is not a high-volume outbound role. You guide qualified inbound prospects through a structured process – from discovery and demo to proposal and contract – and take full ownership of the deal.
You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex situations. You combine structure with commercial instinct and know how to move a deal forward without forcing it. This role suits someone who prefers depth over volume and is motivated by long‑term impact rather than quick wins.
As you grow, you will take on larger and more strategic opportunities, supported by our Business Director and Director of Implementations & Operations.
What you will be responsible for :
Converting qualified inbound interest into long‑term client relationships
Owning the full sales cycle – from first conversation to signed agreement
Representing BIQH at selected industry events and roundtables
Ensuring a structured handover to Implementation after closing
Strengthening how we position, qualify and progress opportunities
What you bring :
3+ years of B2B sales experience within SaaS, fintech or a consultative environment
Experience managing a full sales cycle from qualification to contract
Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
Confidence in conversations with senior financial professionals
Experience in market data is a strong advantage.

You join BIQH at a stage where your contribution directly influences our commercial direction. Growth here means increased responsibility – larger accounts, more strategic opportunities, and influence on how we position and sell – not additional hierarchy.
What we offer :
Base salary between €60,000 and €75,000 per year, depending on relevant experience, deal ownership and commercial track record.
On-target commission starting at €35,000 per year (uncapped) in year 1.
We start with a 12-month contract, with the intention to continue with a permanent agreement upon mutual satisfaction.
Eligibility for participation in our Virtual Stock Unit (VSU) program after 7 months of employment.
27 paid days off (full-time basis), pension scheme, annual education budget and hybrid working.
The possibility to work from our Motivation Center in Piedmont, Italy.
