We are looking for a

Logistics Coordinator

to plan and manage the transportation of materials and equipment, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective deliveries that keep complex projects and operations running smoothly.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics activities for project and operational shipments.

Arrange and optimise transportation (air, sea, road) to meet deadlines while controlling costs.

Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.

Monitor shipment status and maintain accurate delivery forecasts and records in the ERP system.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.

Identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively to prevent project delays.

Provide regular logistics updates to project teams and stakeholders.

Support expediting and procurement teams to align shipping priorities with project schedules.

Requirements Logistics Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in logistics coordination within oil & gas, energy, offshore, or large industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of international transportation modes, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.

Experience working with freight forwarders, vendors, and multi-site project teams.

Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.

Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proactive problem solver with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
