International Recruiter : a driven and people-focused connector who’s eager to make an impact. What will you do?

As an International Recruiter, you are responsible for identifying, interviewing, and supporting international technicians who are ready to start their careers in the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with colleagues from Recruitment, Sales, Relocation, and Marketing. You are the first point of contact for your candidates and guide them through the entire journey — from first call to successful placement. Your responsibilities:

Actively search for technical talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks Conduct intake interviews (online and/or in person) Screen CVs and assess candidates’ technical backgrounds, motivations, and availability Coordinate the recruitment process together with local and international colleagues Support candidates with relocation, visa (IND) processes, cultural guidance, and onboarding Provide candidate insights for marketing campaigns and communication Attend international job fairs, recruitment events, and in-person experience days What do you bring?

Higher vocational or university-level education (HBO/WO) Experience in (international) recruitment or strong motivation to grow into the role Fluent in English (C1/C2)
