Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Retail Account Manager. You will be responsible for expanding our retail presence by actively approaching new stores, managing existing retail accounts and securing wholesale agreements. Your day to day activities include identifying and onboarding new retail partners, maintaining strong relationships with buyers, negotiating terms, and driving sales growth across accounts.
You will work closely with internal teams to align strategy, pricing and positioning, while ensuring smooth communication and follow up with retail clients. This role is strongly focused on growth, acquisition and getting products placed in stores.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail or wholesale sales, account management or business development
Strong ability to acquire new retail accounts and close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with retailers, buyers or distributors
Results driven mindset with a focus on growth and sales targets
Ability to understand market trends and retailer needs
Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
Strong organizational skills and independence
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required
