What You’ll Do As a

Customer Project Manager , you’ll lead the successful execution of medium to large‑scale electrical projects from post‑sale handover through to final closeout. You’ll manage all phases of the project lifecycle including:

Design, procurement, installation, and testing of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, automation systems, and turnkey solutions.

Stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, service teams, contractors, and customers.

Project planning and control using modern tools (e.g., MS Project), including schedule, budget, risk, and resource management.

Customer engagement and reporting to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful delivery.

Team leadership, organizing kick‑off meetings, managing internal and external contributors, and ensuring clear deliverables.

Financial oversight, including cost control, variation orders, and margin management.

Continuous improvement, sharing lessons learned and contributing to best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of project management experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial projects.

Experience with Data Center, utilities, critical infrastructure, renewables, or large industrial clients.

Experience working on Customer Projects is a must.

Strong understanding of power distribution systems (MV/LV), automation, and control systems would be a plus.
