Responsibilities

Recruitment, leadership and development of your team members, including regular individual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge and process know-how

Initiation and implementation of measures to increase sales while ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience

Responsibility for the promotional and appealing presentation of merchandise in compliance with merchandising standards

Ensuring smooth operations related to inventory management and shop presentation, as well as careful handling of goods and execution of the annual inventory

Organization and execution of administrative tasks, such as task delegation within the team, cash management, processing work orders and timely submission of reports

Ensuring safety and compliance standards, including theft prevention and adherence to applicable labor laws regarding working hours

Coordination of maintenance tasks and ensuring a functional and attractive work environment in collaboration with the Regional Manager

Qualifications

Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales

Several years of work experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessories

Extensive experience in leading and developing teams

Trainer certification is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both written and spoken, required

Enthusiasm for teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills

Strong planning and organizational abilities

High degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach to work

Strong self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability
