Our Purpose at PlanCraft

Building the backbone of European trades – together, with modern software and smart AI solutions. We don’t just develop software – we’re on a mission to give tradespeople and contractors more room to focus on what matters. We do this by providing a practical SaaS solution that works the way they do: fast, efficient, and without unnecessary administrative overhead. Supported by smart AI features exactly where they make a real difference in everyday work. Backed by Tier 1 investors from Europe and the US such as Headline and Creandum, and with more than 23,000 craftspeople as our customer base, we are scaling across Europe to turn individual, scattered businesses into connected and successful communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people wearing safety boots in mind, not suits. We’re excited to shape the future together as a team, staying grounded in our mission to empower the builders and makers of tomorrow. Your Mission at PlanCraft

You help shape how PlanCraft shows up in the Netherlands. Together with our team in Amsterdam, you bring our brand to life for the Dutch trades community. You turn ideas into scroll‑stopping content, explore new formats and help us become a brand people genuinely enjoy following. From the first concept to the final post, you take ownership of content that builds awareness, sparks conversations and strengthens trust in the NL market. You combine creativity with curiosity for performance and continuously refine how we show up on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Your work directly influences how tradespeople across the Netherlands discover, understand and connect with PlanCraft. You will be based in Amsterdam and work from our office at Weesperstraat two to three days per week, collaborating closely with our small local team, currently consisting of a Country Lead and two Sales Managers. At the same time, you stay closely connected with our marketing team in Germany, exchanging ideas and aligning on campaigns across markets. Your Responsibilities

Shape and grow our social media presence in the Dutch market with creativity, care and a strong sense of ownership. Contribute to real campaigns, collaborate with creators and turn ideas into content that feels relevant, authentic and engaging. Create and bring stories to life in front of and behind the camera, seeing the direct impact of your work. Work closely with marketing, sales and product to understand what truly matters to our audience and translate that into meaningful content. Take ownership of projects early on, test new approaches, learn from performance data and continuously improve what we do. Your Profile

Must Haves

First practical experience in social media, content creation or marketing. Strong affinity for social media and hands‑on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, including short‑form video editing. Comfortable appearing on camera and representing PlanCraft in Dutch. Confidence in analyzing content performance and learning from data. Excellent communication skills in Dutch at C1 or C2 level and English at conversational level. Currently enrolled as a student and available to support us on a part‑time basis. Nice to Have

Experience running or managing a personal, student or company social account. Please submit your application documents in English. As this role involves creating and appearing in social content, we would love to get to know you beyond your CV. Please share a short video (max. 2 minutes) introducing yourself in English or Dutch and telling us why this role excites you. A simple phone recording is perfectly fine. You can share it on the application form via a private YouTube link, Loom, Google Drive or similar — just make sure the link is accessible. Why PlanCraft?

If you’re excited about our mission but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might be exactly who we’re looking for. On the application process

We want your candidate experience with us to be smooth, transparent and enjoyable. We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days. Our interview process typically takes about 4 weeks from start to finish, though this may vary by role. Note on creating a test account

If you would like to create a test account as part of the challenge, please enter "Applicant" in the relevant field during registration and select "Other" under Trade. This ensures that our sales team does not mistakenly register you as a craft business and reach out to you unnecessarily.
