Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, South Holland (Hybrid) I am working with an established Microsoft partner based in South Holland that supports a broad portfolio of Dutch customers with Dynamics 365 Business Central and modern cloud solutions. They focus on helping mid‑market organisations improve finance, purchasing, sales and warehouse processes through well‑structured ERP implementations combined with tailored extensions and integrations. The organisation has been active in the Business Central ecosystem for many years and combines functional consultancy with in‑house development capabilities. Their projects are implementation‑driven, not support‑heavy, with a healthy and secured pipeline already running into 2027. They are expanding their Business Central team and looking for a Medior to Senior BC Consultant who enjoys full lifecycle work and close collaboration with customers. The role

As a Business Central Consultant you will be responsible for delivering ERP implementations end to end. You work directly with key users and stakeholders to analyse processes, translate requirements into pragmatic designs and configure Business Central to deliver tangible operational value. What you will do

Lead or support Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from analysis to go live Translate finance, purchase, sales and warehouse requirements into clear solution designs Run workshops, process mapping, configuration, testing and go live activities Act as a trusted advisor, challenging customer assumptions and promoting best practices Work closely with developers on extensions, integrations, EDI and reporting Support customers post go live with optimisation, training and continuous improvement What you bring

3+ years experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV functional consultant Experience across multiple implementation lifecycles Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes Confident communicator with a consultancy mindset Fluent Dutch and good English Experience with Power BI, Power Platform or integrations is a plus Working setup
