Job Title Marketing Manager PCS Division

Position within the Company The Marketing Manager PCS Division will report directly to the Group Marketing & Communication Director, with a dotted-line to the Business Group Director PCS.

Duties and Responsibilities

Developing and executing the global marketing, branding, and communication strategy for the PCS Division;

Creating and implementing the marketing roadmap in collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues worldwide;

Providing market intelligence and analysis to support new initiatives based on trends and developments;

Segmenting markets and positioning services per segment;

Integrating marketing services, tools, and propositions developed by the global marketing department for the PCS market;

Sharing and implementing best marketing practices across PCS businesses.

General Information The PCS division employs a multi-brand and multi-channel approach. The Marketing Manager will advise on future roadmap strategies for sales channels and brands, aligning with group marketing principles. The role involves building alignment among PCS businesses, sharing best practices, and strengthening brand preference and market position. The manager will oversee the introduction of brands and products into new markets, leveraging digital communication tools such as CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, and digital services. The role combines senior management responsibilities with hands-on marketing activities, requiring collaboration with local sales and marketing teams, and fostering entrepreneurial spirit aligned with De Heus’s values.

The Person Education Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Knowledge and Experience Minimum 10 years of marketing and communication experience within a brand-driven production organization, including developing marketing and communication tools. Affinity with the agricultural sector and experience with multi-brand strategies in animal nutrition are preferred. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
