These are senior, hands-on authority roles on some of the most critical electrical infrastructure currently being built. Role Overview As an Authorised Person (AP) OR Senior Authorised Person (SAP), you hold full responsibility for achieving safety from the system for work on electrical networks. You will be authorised to prepare, issue, and cancel Safety Documents, carry out complex switching, and take systems and equipment in and out of service. You will lead electrical operations across HV and LV systems, supporting commissioning, energisation, and handover within hyperscale data centre environments. Key Responsibilities Lead switching operations within your level of authorisation Apply and manage isolations, earthing, and safety precautions Prepare, issue, and cancel Safety Documents (LVPTW, LOA, HVPTW, SFT) Write and execute Switching Schedules Supervise Competent Persons and Authorised Persons Conduct Prove Dead procedures and confirm system safety Liaise with Control Engineers for system release and restoration Lead HV and LV isolations and energisation activities Confirm readiness for energisation and system handover Coordinate with Control Engineers and Testing Teams during commissioning Sign off Power On Requests and energisation readiness xjpvoyz reviews Maintain accurate logs, records, and control documentation Mentor APs and support Authorising Engineers with assessments Promote compliance through audits, briefings, and toolbox talks What's on Offer Senior authority role on hyperscale European data centres Excellent NET take-home pay (transparent, proven figures) Long-term, stable projects — not short-term shutdown work High-calibre teams, structured safety systems, and professional delivery Get in touch to discuss NET earnings, rotations, and locations.
