| Santander Consumer Finance We are a multi-skilled and multicultural team of project managers, testers, analysts and developers who work on various initiatives from large IT projects to smaller requirements for Consumer Lending, Automotive & Leasing for Santander in Benelux. The team collaborates globally to deliver quality on time for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

You are an energetic leader who loves challenges. You work in international settings and value multidisciplinary ideas. Your analytic and listening skills translate technical topics into functionalities and processes. You adapt quickly to changes and provide timely responses. With strong communication skills, you inform internal and external stakeholders (NL, ENG, and preferably ES) and facilitate project execution within multidisciplinary local and global teams. You prevent scope creep in dynamic environments. You collaborate with business users, developers and technicians and act as an IT-savvy project manager. You are a team player who understands projects are run by teams, not individuals. You can dive into details while maintaining a helicopter view. Qualifications

You have at least a completed HBO Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrable years of work at HBO/WO Master level. Preferably you possess project management certification (IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.). You have several years of experience in project management in large organizations, preferably in the finance or insurance sector. About Us
