Lead Developer - French Fluent

Project Lead Developer A senior full‑stack engineer responsible for building Paradox’s next‑generation online learning platform.

Location & Work Mode Full‑time: Dubai, Lisbon, or fully remote.

Main Mission Lead the development of a scalable, AI‑powered learning management system that can support thousands of concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement new features for the Paradox App, enhancing the learning experience.

Integrate AI‑driven functionality to personalize content.

Ensure scalability and performance, optimizing resource usage and costs.

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to iterate quickly.

Investigate and resolve technical challenges, ensuring a stable system.

Participate in architecture discussions, Agile planning, and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of experience as a full‑stack developer, lead, or CTO in a startup.

Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.js (minimum 3 years).

Proficiency with Tailwind CSS.

Hands‑on experience with AI integration.

Passion for clean, maintainable, scalable code.

Good command of French and English.

Nice to Have

Experience with Nest.js.

Experience with Chargebee API, ZohoBooks API.

Experience in LMS or mobile development.
