Business Administration Intern , you will gain hands-on experience at the heart of a dynamic business environment. You will support leadership and teams in organizing, coordinating, and improving daily operations — while building practical skills that prepare you for your future career. This is not about making coffee. This is about learning how a global organization works from the inside.

What You’ll Learn & Contribute To Coordination & Organization Support calendar planning, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Assist in preparing presentations and meeting documentation Help track follow-ups and action items Communication & Collaboration Support internal communication with different teams and stakeholders, across Yokogawa Europe and Yokogawa Japan Assist in drafting emails, reports, and basic business documents Participate in team meetings and cross-functional coordination Operational Support Assist with reporting, expense tracking, and administrative processes Support event or workshop organization Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency You will gradually take ownership of tasks as your confidence and experience grow.

Who You Are Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or similar. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills in

English. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Curious about how leadership and business operations work. You enjoy structure, but you’re also adaptable in a dynamic environment.
