We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager NL to join our team at Dr. Wolff, a leading German Cosmetics & healthcare company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our business in the NL market, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving sales growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new team in NL as we embark on setting up a brand new business unit in NL. You will need to be an ambitious team player that is not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Key Account Management BENELUX you will be responsible for developing and implementing our long-term growth strategy to achieve business objectives in the Benelux market

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, drugstores, and supermarket partners

Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand our product portfolio in the NL market and possible Belgium market

Work closely with the marketing team in Bielefeld to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives

Monitor market trends and competitor activity & product pricing to identify potential threats and opportunities

Supports Head of Sales Benelux in daily operations concerning sales activities/plans

Daily Management and Responsibility of designated accounts with matching regular sales forecast Develops sales and data argumentation in collaboration with (Trade) Marketing according to the assigned clients’ characteristics

Complies with spending guidelines, monitoring (sales) performance and has AI awareness

Requirements

HBO/WO degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2–5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management, ideally within the FMCG, cosmetics, or a related sector

Experience of both traditional and digital channels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany

Fluent in English and Dutch

Home office with 2 days Co-Working space
