In this role, you will help enterprise customers turn strategy into execution using the Bizzdesign Solution Suite. As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll combine functional expertise with a hands‑on mindset to guide customers through their transformation journey and ensure long‑term success. You will be part of our Professional Services team, working closely with internal teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience. What will you do

Deliver expert consultancy, training, and strategic guidance to large enterprise customers Lead business and technical engagements, from onboarding through implementation and rollout Partner closely with customer stakeholders to ensure success and solve critical challenges Manage projects end‑to‑end, meeting deadlines and proactively mitigating risks Contribute to defining and improving best practices to strengthen customer experience and delivery quality Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales to support shared customer outcomes Support customers across the Netherlands, Benelux, and wider EMEA region. What we are looking for

Experience in technology-enabled consulting, delivering value to enterprise clients Background in Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, SaaS Business Consulting or related fields Strong presentation and communication skills, able to lead customer sessions confidently Proven ability to drive customer value, adoption, and retention with internal and external stakeholders Problem‑solving mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in ambiguous environments Familiarity with modeling languages such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN (a plus) Proven willingness to learn scripting languages to continuously improve the solutions you deliver Flexibility to travel occasionally to customer sites (primarily within the Netherlands) What we offer
