Product (marketing) manager

As Product Manager for the Building Segment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and delivering solutions that meet evolving customer needs in the Benelux region. In this position, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our portfolio stays ahead of the curve. You will support the growth of leading brands such as “Nicoll” ensuring they remain top-of-mind for customers and aligned with our category strategy. You will drive the sales of selected products within a specific segment and manage all related activities throughout the product lifecycle, aligned with the overall roadmap and category strategy. Identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities through in-depth analysis and “Voice of the Customer” insights Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production to ensure smooth product management processes Provide expert support to the sales team on products, applications, and solutions Develop and maintain a targeted marketing mix and create impactful communication and training materials Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering or equivalent by experience First experience in B2 B(2 C) product management, ideally in an international environment and within the building segment Proven experience in market analysis, business development, and product strategy High level of self-responsibility and team orientation Fluent English and Dutch, French is a strong plus For us, fairness and a sense of belonging start from the application process.
