We are Hiring a skilled and detail-oriented

Process Expert

to support initiatives within the OTxIOT cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will contribute to process optimization, governance, and operational alignment across cybersecurity programs related to Operational Technology (OT) and IoT environments. This role requires strong technical understanding, process management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and optimize processes related to OTxIOT cybersecurity operations Ensure alignment of cybersecurity processes with industry standards and internal governance frameworks Support implementation and continuous improvement of security controls across OT and IoT environments Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to streamline operational workflows Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Develop documentation, process maps, and governance materials Contribute to audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments Monitor process performance metrics and recommend enhancements

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, or related technical field 3+ years of experience in process management within cybersecurity, OT, IoT, or similar technical environments Strong understanding of OTxIOT cybersecurity frameworks and risk management principles Experience in documenting and optimizing technical or security processes Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level (minimum) Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Amsterdam
