Junior Finance Manager (FP&A) Responsibilities
Ownership of NLPre-Accounting (Exact) & Tax Advisor Coordination
– Support day‑to‑day accounting in Exact (GL, AR/AP, VAT/BTW, statutory reporting), assist with monthly close, and coordinate inputs for external tax advisors on corporate tax, VAT, and annual accounts.
Executive KPI Framework & Data Governance
– Draft, design, and maintain Group Executive KPI dashboards with clear metric definitions; ensure data quality, reconcile sources, and deliver insights for leadership with guidance from senior finance.
Project Controlling & Financial Oversight
– Own project controlling, support project budgeting, forecasting, CM1/CM2 and variance analysis; monitor resource allocations and track profitability to support predictable delivery and transparency.
Budget Ownership & Financial Planning
– Coordinate budget inputs and rolling reforecasts; consolidate plans, run basic scenarios, and track variances against targets. Build business‑case models (NPV/IRR/payback) and track benefits realization post‑implementation.
Global Transfer Pricing Strategy & Compliance
– Support intercompany pricing documentation (Master/Local files), service agreements, and audit requests under the guidance of senior finance and advisors.
Qualifications
A completed degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Native Dutch (C2) with excellent written and verbal communication; C1/C2 English required. German skills of various levels are a plus.
2–4 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling (audit, advisory, SaaS/logistics/industrial services exposure is a plus).
Solid understanding of NL GAAP/IFRS basics, VAT/BTW; experience coordinating with external providers and intercompany/multi‑entity business is advantageous.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and able to quickly learn BI tools; basic SQL and/or Oracle Apex knowledge are a plus.
Hands‑on experience in month‑end close, consolidation, financial analysis, and reporting tools (Exact, Oracle Apex, Power BI, Claude), turning data into actionable business insights.
