Job Title: Couriers Representative Location: Amsterdam, NLD Job Type: Full-time contact, Until 09/15/2026 Work Model: Onsite

Summary: • We are looking for an excellent communicator with attention to detail to conduct calls to our fleet, handle behaviour appeals by cross referencing system data, and reach out to client NL Stakeholders through calling campaigns. This role requires 2 years of experience in stakeholder or customer facing roles with communication being at the forefront of these interactions.

Responsibilities: • Couriers who have not achieved certain metrics within their shifts will receive warnings. You will be reaching out to offer guidance on how to achieve said metrics through coaching. You’ll need to listen attentively to what couriers are saying, as feedback from our fleet is just as important as coaching and shift behaviour improvement. • Sometimes, couriers may appeal warning decisions, as there may be extenuating circumstances that may have caused them to deviate from their normal duties. In these cases, appeals from couriers will be reviewed by you and may be reversed, depending on data and evidence. • Our team is constantly discovering new business information as we innovate our process and discover new and interesting data points. When this happens, we may need to construct calling campaigns to inform stakeholders of these changes and as such, you will be required to conduct these calls.

The Ideal candidate will display the following: Hard skills required: • Good communication skills • Active listening • Proficient in Google Suite of services (Slides, sheets and docs) • Computer Literacy • Excellent command of English, Dutch is a plus • Analytical skills, able to look at data and find the connection.
