As a Business Analyst within our Data & Analytics team, you are at the heart of Stater's creation of insights, analytics, data deliveries, financial reports, pools, data quality controls and data catalogs.

With our products and services, we manage 40% of mortgages in the Netherlands. What will you do? We are looking for a Business Analyst with an Agile and data-driven mindset. In this diverse role, you easily connect with all stakeholders (operations, business representatives, and clients) and serve as their primary content expert. You organize sessions, work closely with the Product Owner, and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives. You are proactive in proposing new ideas, adding value to products, and optimizing solutions.

Your work will consist of: Defining functional requirements and data modeling Translating functional questions into concrete process and data solutions Data analysis from source to end product Supporting the team's Agile way of working Coordinating cross-departmental tasks Understanding and helping to shape the current and future technical architecture Validating whether implemented solutions meet functional requirements Keeping up to date with current and emerging technologies

What do you bring? A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT or a related field Several years of experience with data analysis and functional design Several years of experience with data warehouse or data lake concepts Several years of experience in stakeholder management Several years of hands-on experience with SQL; Python is a plus Thorough knowledge of the financial market Experience in aligning business processes with IT systems Knowledge of data architecture; BI knowledge is a plus Experience with requirement analysis, data modeling, and design techniques Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus Experience with BI tooling is a plus Familiarity with data assurance is a plus Strong communication skills Driven to achieve goals, a team player, and well-organized
