Cleopatra Enterprise is looking for a precise and structured Information Security Officer who will help us keep our ISO 27001 processes on track. In this role, you make sure our security administration runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a highly technical security role. We are looking for someone who loves structure, clarity, and follow-up. Someone who keeps overview, brings calm, and ensures things actually get done.

What will you do? As our Information Security Officer, you support and coordinate our Information Security Management System.

You make sure documentation is up to date, deadlines are monitored, and audit actions are followed up properly. You work closely with IT, HR, and management to ensure our compliance activities stay organized and on schedule.

Concretely, this means you will:

Coordinate and support internal and external ISO 27001 audits

Maintain and update policies, procedures, and compliance documentation

Track action items from audits and risk assessments and follow up until completion

Monitor deadlines and maintain clear overviews of compliance activitiesSupport documentation of risk analyses and security KPIs

Help organize internal security awareness initiatives

Keep everything structured, clear, and well documented

You are the person who asks, “Has this been documented?” and actually makes sure it has.

Who are you?

You are highly organized and detail-oriented

You enjoy administration, documentation, and keeping processes structured

You are punctual and follow up on tasks until they are fully completed

Experience with ISO 27001, compliance, quality management, or security is a plus but not required

You are fluent in English and Dutch is a strong plus
