Own and deliver the Group infrastructure roadmap across multiple business units Evolve and optimise the Azure Cloud and Microsoft ecosystem Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and commercially fit for purpose Lead cloud and infrastructure integration for newly acquired businesses Align acquisitions pragmatically to group standards, balancing speed and stability Act as a key contact for the global service management partner and core vendors Influence a virtual IT network of ~200 professionals across Europe and the US Challenge third parties and drive accountability for delivery and performance Your Background

Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge Solid core infrastructure and networking fundamentals Technically credible, though not required to be hands-on engineering specialist Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments Experience in acquisition-driven or Private Equity–backed businesses is advantageous Confident working independently with broad group-level responsibility
