AFS Energy is growing, and so is the Biomethane team. We are looking for a sales-driven team member with strong communication skills to support the Eastern Europe desk by building and maintaining relationships with (potential) clients. The role requires fluency in Polish, English and any Slavic languages. If you have experience in environmental commodities, that is a plus. This position focuses on picking up the phone, building relationships, and closing deals — day in and day out. Responsibilities

Call, call, and call — (cold) calling is 90% of the job. Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients. Keep yourself updated about regulatory/market changes. Talk to people all day — build relationships, pitch deals, and close. Close deals. Drive cross-selling opportunities: at AFS, we offer a range of renewable products that can be tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. Oversee the post-deal process, including client onboarding, contract completion, and ensuring accurate CRM updates. Keep grinding until the deal is done. Then start again. What We Offer
