The role: In this pivotal position, you’ll play a crucial role in linking high-caliber professionals with the industry’s most innovative companies across

Med-Tech, BioTech, AI, and Medical Devices . You’ll own the entire recruitment process, building relationships and mastering the market to make strategic, high-impact placements.

What you’ll do: Drive business development:

lead in mapping out high-value markets, identifying potential partners, and creating strong alliances within Life Sciences. Manage the full recruitment cycle : oversee the end-to-end recruitment journey, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and beyond. Own the brand:

as an entrepreneurial leader within Panda, you’ll develop a recognized personal brand in your niche, embodying trust and expertise. Shape partnerships : act as a trusted advisor, strategizing with clients and candidates to anticipate their needs and provide tailored solutions.

What we’re looking for: Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Languages:

fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus. Not a must. Skills:
