HRBP / 6 months contract / hybrid / 57 Euros per hour for an agency worker / IC = 75 Euros per hour Job Description Provide tactical support and work closely with a (Sr) HRBP or HR Manager. Offer operational HR advice to one or multiple functions/locations, supporting day-to-day HR processes in partnership with the HR Business Partner. Assist in delivering and implementing HR products and services to your stakeholder group, supporting the Senior HRBP and HRBP with the people plan, including performance calibration, talent forums, training, development, and other projects. Manage employee-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. Support the broader advisory function with the people plan, including performance calibration, talent planning, training, and development. Handle queries that Ask.HR cannot answer immediately by investigating legacy issues or patterns. Engage with COE or HR Operations where no policy exists. Responsible for HR data reporting via People Dashboard, Workday reports, etc. Key Responsibilities Operate at an operational/tactical level, partnering with a dedicated number of People Managers and supported by a (Sr) HRBP or HRM. Support (Sr) HR Business Partners in employee relations, including managing absence, performance issues, disciplinary procedures, and outcomes; provide holiday coverage for HRBPs to ensure business continuity. Ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption of key People processes such as engagement conversations, performance optimization, and talent attraction and retention programs. Support a stable portion of the business unit, assisting a (Sr) HRBP or HR Manager who is overall responsible. Transfer operational knowledge to line management within your scope. Ensure key processes are managed effectively and transactional tasks are completed on time. Contribute to the review of HR policies, procedures, and processes, guiding operational implementation if no HRG is present. Level of Education Seniority level
