Role Overview Senior Relatiemanager Pensioenen (Senior Relationship Manager Pensions) – you will be the point of contact for employers and pension advisors. You manage pension contracts from 150 participants onward, ensuring flawless service and administrative responsibility. You also creatively contribute to solutions and take ownership of improvements.

Responsibilities

Proactive relationship management: actively outreach, identify client needs and build strong bonds.

Daily end‑to‑end management of pension contracts and successful implementation of new contracts, including administration and portal go‑live.

Specialize in one or more key processes and deliver knowledge transfer.

Test new possibilities, e.g., in the administration system or process optimizations.

Assist participants and employers, answering questions by phone and email.

Participate in projects such as activation campaigns and knowledge sharing (e.g., delivering participant presentations).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the pension sector.

Licences Wft Basis, Wft Vermogen and Wft Pensioen.

Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and strong English skills (both oral and written).

Excellent connector, proactive, solution oriented, service focused, critical, clear communicator.

Stress‑resistant, flexible, able to handle ad‑hoc work.
