Location : Utrecht, hybrid (3 days office)

An established Microsoft partner focused on Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain is strengthening its technical leadership and looking for a hands on Technical Team Lead D365 F&O to guide their development capability and help drive the next phase of growth.

You will combine deep X++ expertise with team leadership, working closely with consultants, project managers and customers on complex, business-critical D365 F&O solutions.

What you will do Act as the senior technical point of contact for D365 F&O across multiple customer projects. Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable technical designs and solutions. Lead and mentor a small team of D365 F&O developers and support Business Central developers on cross product topics. Perform code reviews, enforce best practices and improve overall development quality and standards. Own key technical design decisions and contribute to solution architecture. Work closely with project delivery and stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, maintainable and future proof.

What you bring Dutch speaking and comfortable engaging with local customers. Around 10 years development experience in Dynamics AX and D365 F&O, with expert level X plus plus skills. Proven track record as a senior or lead developer, owning complex technical solutions end to end. Ideally 1–2 years experience leading or coordinating a team, or you are a strong senior developer ready to step into a team lead role. Strong communication skills, able to challenge, advise and align technical and non technical stakeholders. Enjoy being hands on while also taking responsibility for standards, coaching and direction.
