What you’ll do
As a Process Production Engineer for Selko, you will
Own
the optimization and management of production processes from initial concept to certified operation, ensuring our specialty feed additives meet the highest science-backed quality standards. By leading capital expenditure projects and troubleshooting day-to-day performance through root cause analysis, you take personal accountability for driving continuous improvements that boost efficiency and advance livestock productivity. Acting as a technical consultant and change agent, you will influence positive shifts in our manufacturing environment while ensuring rigorous compliance with safety regulations, directly contributing to Nutreco’s global mission of "Feeding the Future”.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Engineering professional with a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver capable of influencing change in a positive manner while managing complex capital expenditure and process improvement projects. We look for a dedicated technical expert who stays current with industry developments and possesses the integrity to ensure all operations meet rigorous internal and external safety and quality regulations. You’ll also need
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
5 years of experience working within a production or manufacturing environment
Expertise to design, configure, and refine production processes while ensuring all documentation and operations meet internal and external safety and quality regulations
Skilled in managing and contributing to capital expenditure and process improvement projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within designated timeframes and budgets
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively to influence positive change and drive continuous improvement across equipment and best practices
Bonus points for experience with Spray Dryer systems and processes
