About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled

VMware Specialist

to join our dynamic infrastructure team. If you're passionate about virtualization, thrive in complex environments, and have a knack for precision, this is your chance to make a real impact. What You’ll Do

Lead the

installation, configuration, and optimization

of VMware vSphere environments

Design and implement

virtual infrastructure solutions

across multiple data centres

Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams to ensure seamless integration

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices for VMware deployments

Support disaster recovery planning and execution using VMware technologies

What You Bring

Proven experience with

VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN

Strong understanding of

virtual networking, storage integration, and clustering

Hands-on experience with

VMware tools

like vMotion, DRS, HA, and snapshots

Familiarity with

PowerCLI scripting

and automation tools

VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP) are a strong plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Skills

Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure)

Knowledge of

backup solutions

like Veeam or Commvault

Exposure to

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes) in virtual environments
