As one of our talented Beauty Advisors, you will inspire and delight clients with your expertise, personality, and flair - while also driving sales and achieving targets.

In this role, your exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and all-round beauty expertise will allow you to exceed expectations every day and contribute to the store's commercial success.

You’ll provide each customer with a personalized, memorable in-store experience, fueled by your love for beauty, people, and our trendsetting brand. While guiding and educating clients, you will also maximize sales opportunities, recommend products confidently, and contribute actively to team performance.

What we’re looking for:

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry

2-3 years of experience in a beauty role

Degree or certification as an esthetician, beauty consultant or similar is a plus

Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service

Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest beauty trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events

Languages: Dutch and English
