Operations Manager

We are a growing team looking for an Operations Coordinator / Carrier Manager, to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Amsterdam office.

What You Will Do

Take over the operative responsibility for our carriers and expand our network, in order to meet the needs of our customers.

Be responsible for the punctual and sensible disposition of our transports, furthermore you coordinate loads and calculate freight prices with carriers.

Be the first point of contact for our carriers. Together, you monitor, manage and deliver the required customer service level to our client.

Manage relationships with national and international carriers, identifying and onboarding new partners based on pricing, performance, and delivery timelines.

Investigate root causes of delivery failures, implement measures to continually improve delivery performance.

Collaborate with Account Managers on their portfolio of customers to deliver exceptional service.

What We Are Looking For

A commercial mindset.

1–2 years experience in a professional environment (logistics, operations or customer service).

Someone that enjoys solving complex challenges in a fast‑paced transport environment.

Multi‑tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills.

Resilient and stress‑resistant.

Excellent English skills and good knowledge of Dutch and/or German. Any other European language is a plus.
