Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of Food Processing? We're looking for a Product Manager Forming Equipment with a strategic mindset, technical know-how, and entrepreneurial drive to own the product strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap of a key product group.

Would you like to be part of our Team? Join our Product Management Team in Bakel and support us in define and execute a forward-looking sales and innovation strategy aligned with the Business Unit (BU) with an end to end view.

For food processing, GEA offers solutions for the preparation, marination and further processing of meat, poultry, seafood and plant-based products. The portfolio also includes processing lines for pasta, baked goods, snacks, breakfast cereals, confectionery and pet food, as well as equipment for slicing and packaging of food.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Incorporate automation, digitalization (DIGI) and Sustainability in the roadmap

Engage closely with key customers to understand their future needs and innovations that matter most. Monitor market and technology trends to recognize and seize new opportunities.

Lead successful market introductions, training programs, and product launch plans with Sales Steering and Marketing

Your Profile / Qualifications

Proven experience in product management, strategy, or business development within a technical or industrial environment

Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent cross‑functional leadership and matrix management skills

Deep understanding of product development, market dynamics, and value chains

Passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer success
