What To Expect

We are seeking a Manager for the Inventory Planning team in EMEA. In this role, you lead the team responsible for Inventory Planning for Service Parts across warehouses in EMEA. You will work closely with the broader Service and Parts organization within Tesla, and your key objective is to maintain healthy inventory levels at our warehouses. Your responsibilities span from owning the roadmap for the team over tracking targets and KPIs to defining the collaboration with our partners and driving team development. This position requires an in-depth understanding of Inventory Management and Supply Chains with an analytical focus. However, it also requires a strong customer-focused mindset to align on strategy and targets with partners. What You'll Do

Lead the Warehouse Inventory Planning team in EMEA Define strategic/technical roadmap for the team, be responsible for milestone and KPI targets of the team Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders in Parts and Service organization Communicate and present strategy and insights from business function clearly to leadership and partners What You'll Bring

Extensive professional experience, preferably in a Supply Chain context. Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Supply Chain or similar fields preferred Strong analytical background, deep understanding of Inventory Management and previous experience in collaborating with Tech and Science teams Experience in a fast-paced environment and good time management skills
