Your opportunity
Join a leading offshore contractor as an ROV Project Manager within the internal Unit ROV department. In this role, you will be the onshore coordination point ensuring offshore ROV operations run smoothly across the full company portfolio: subsea mining, heavy lift and decommissioning, pipelaying, and subsea construction and intervention operations. You will work with a pool of work-class ROV systems and a wide range of proprietary and third-party tooling, supporting technically complex hydraulic, electrical and subsea sensor-related equipment. Office-based in Delft, Netherlands.
What you will do
Organize and coordinate mobilizations of ROV systems and tooling for offshore campaigns, including planning, logistics, and readiness documentation.
Prepare work packages and provide day-to-day project support to offshore teams, acting as the primary onshore point of contact for ROV operations support.
Ensure operational continuity offshore by arranging rental equipment when needed, coordinating repair/replacement of malfunctioning tools, and managing equipment return and exchange logistics.
Manage requisitions and cost inputs, and contribute to pricing information and tender/proposal inputs for upcoming work.
Support audits and compliance processes by ensuring documentation, processes, and equipment readiness align with internal and project requirements.
Coordinate commissioning and decommissioning of tooling performed in-house, and interface with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
Support sourcing and evaluation of new tooling and suppliers, including participation in industry events and supplier engagement.
