Inventory Coordinator – Maintenance & Engineering Pharmaceutical / Biotech Manufacturing

Role This role supports a Maintenance & Engineering department by coordinating spare parts and material inventory. The Inventory Coordinator ensures materials are ordered, received, tracked, stored, and prepared for maintenance activities using a computerized inventory system. The position operates within a regulated manufacturing environment and supports safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications, and Experience Experience working with a computerized inventory management or asset tracking system (e.g., Maximo, SAP, or equivalent). Experience in inventory coordination, materials administration, or spare parts management. Experience working in a manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, or technical operations environment. Fluency in written and spoken English. Education at MBO level or equivalent vocational education.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Experience ordering materials or spare parts from external vendors. Experience receiving, inspecting, and registering materials or components. Experience maintaining inventory records and performing stock checks or cycle counts. Experience coordinating materials for maintenance activities, projects, or urgent repairs. Experience working according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) or regulated work instructions. Experience supporting internal stakeholders such as technicians, engineers, or maintenance teams.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment. Experience preparing materials for repair, calibration, or external service providers. Experience with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) or safety documentation. Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing settings.
