First contact to customers. Inform customers about status of orders. Handle warranty, return and credit requests Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc) Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests Proactive order follow up Knowledge required Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics). General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain). Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired. Fluent French or German language skills are required (writing and verbal) English language on a good level and any additional language, like Dutch for example, would be a plus.
