Billing manager

Currently I am looking for a Billing and Customer Administration Analyst in the area of the Hague ! Role: Billing and Customer Administration Analyst Contract: 1 year (extension possible) We are seeking a Billing and Customer Administration Analyst to join an international team in The Hague. In this role, you will manage billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, resolve customer queries, and collaborate across departments to improve systems and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a financial background, strong analytical skills, and experience with tools like D365 and Power BI. Complete and correct customer and invoice-related information in billing and accounting systems to ensure accurate invoicing. Issue ad hoc invoices and credit notes from accounting or billing systems. Process purchase orders for prepaid credit. Analyse discrepancies affecting invoicing accuracy or company profitability. HBO level education. At least two years of financial background. Fluent in English. Commitment to quality and adherence to procedures and deadlines. Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
