Business Analyst - Banking

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with Business teams, Project Management, IT development & QA teams to capture Business requirements with a view to identifying business solutions

End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.

Involvement with Stakeholders/ Bank Management to align business solutions with business strategy.

Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.

Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents

Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients

Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release.

You will have experience building comprehensive project Business Cases in collaboration with Business Stakeholders.

You will interact with resources across Citco Bank teams such as Payment Ops, Treasury Front & Back Office, Risk Management, KYC, Compliance, Legal, Tax and Business Development.

You will also interact with the IT development team along with the QA team for software dependencies.

As an instrumental team within the Bank business organization, you will help build a collaborative, productive, and engaged team environment.

You will help break down organizational silos and promote collaborations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field 3+ years in financial services Banking/Finance background preferred Responsibilities

Requirement gathering and analysis Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders

Create detailed business requirement documents

Document expected results and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with technical teams to identify and develop solutions

QA & UAT Support Ensure test coverage across all critical business scenarios

Train business users on new functionality introduced

Support QA & UAT test execution

Work with developers on fixing the defects

Process Improvement Support change management initiatives

Develop training materials and documentation

Contribute to process optimization
